The Solution Architect / Engagement Manager leads consultative engagements with complex enterprise customers, partnering with key stakeholders to create compelling visions while advising and executing on strategies. They serve as the expert to produce service SOW and implementation plan using strong interpersonal skills, functional and/or technical knowledge, Salesforce product knowledge, industry experience, consulting experience, and knowledge of their client’s business to deliver customer ROI.
The Solution Architect / Engagement Managers are strong presenters and facilitators, obtaining customer acceptance by understanding and delivering the right strategic vision, and driving the difficult conversations necessary to execute business strategies. They interact with both technical and functional customers to understand requirements, analyze information, and design comprehensive statements of work .
The Solution Architect / Engagement Manager will play a key role in driving sales from a technical perspective and will work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to create solutions customized to our clients’ needs. The Solutions Architect will also be the liaison between the Sales, Marketing and Professional Services teams.
Responsibilities include:
Identify and apply datorama’s product features and implementation methodology in the sales process
Scope, plan and estimate implementation projects
Create Professional Services Statement-of-Work for agreements
Establish customer enablement plans that drive rapid self-reliance with datorama
Interface with clients on a regular basis to help them achieve their business and technological goals
Partner with clients through a strategic and consultative sales approach to understand client’s business needs, current technical environment and future technology requirements
Act as an advisor by consulting with clients and Sales Team regarding technical issues surrounding multiple technologies in both a pre and post sale capacity
Requirements
7+ years of pre-sales experience in SaaS, digital analytics, preferably in top-tier media agency or AdTech vendor
Previous, client facing, technical experience, preferably in the database technology sector
Time management skills with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize own workload
Understanding of the online advertising industry and eco-system
Natural ability for consultative and solution-based selling
Ability to build strong relationships with direct customers and internal teams
Motivated self-starter who is hungry to win
Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
B.S. or B.A. degree
For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $ 107,300 . You may also be entitled to receive bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
