Job Description
The Sr. Strategy Analyst will have an opportunity to generate meaningful impact across our growing Success business, and participate in an increasingly sophisticated set of business challenges and strategic initiatives. They will hone their consulting expertise by conducting market research, analyzing trends for data driven insights, and delivering to Customer Success leaders. They will also use customer information provided through our data intelligence platforms and customer research to understand trends and opportunities, while leveraging the research, trends, and competitor analysis to drive AOV, decrease attrition, improve market share, and enhance customer loyalty
In addition, the Sr. Strategy Analyst will provide financial analysis, future-state scenario planning, and analysis & modeling support related to the Success innovation and customer insights strategy. This includes identifying critical questions, performing ad-hoc analyses, providing data-driven insights, and connecting the dots between these insights to translate into a compelling business case story that will be presented to executive teams for further decision-making and actioning.
Responsibilities:
Support and lead Success innovation programs/projects and perform market research, including market data collection, aggregation, and analysis
Communicate findings of industry trends, competitive intelligence, & market opportunities
Facilitate design-thinking sessions to explore new opportunities resulting from our innovation strategy and address the implications of our prioritization roadmap.
Work closely with Digital Success & Scale, Strategy & Analytics, and the Data Science engineering team to establish a rich data pipeline to synthesize customer, competitor and market insights to be demonstrated within the Success data-driven innovation model.
Support strategy planning processes through building models to forecast different innovation scenarios and quantifiable implications to our business
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
4 years of strategic planning, consulting, or financial/economic modeling
Experience performing research and data analysis to develop business strategy and plans
Ability to multitask, lead multiple projects at one time, and rapidly changing priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present and explain complex information clearly
Dedicated team player with team-centric thinking and excellent social skills
