The goal of the Field Marketing team is to support demand generation and pipeline acceleration for the field sales teams. Each Field Marketer serves as the “CMO” to their operating unit (OU) and owns building and executing a comprehensive marketing plan to ensure the OU hits their targets.

MuleSoft is looking for a Field Marketing Intern who is excited to support the execution of a marketing plan across Latin America (LATAM). In this role you will work closely with the LATAM Field Marketing lead to execute a wide range of marketing programs to ultimately drive pipeline. This position is perfect if you’re interested in learning about demand generation and events.

YOUR IMPACT (RESPONSIBILITIES):

• Work with the LATAM Field Marketing lead to build and execute the marketing strategy for the region.
• Support with the execution of demand generation marketing programs, including in-person and virtual events, webinars, direct mail, ABM, and 3rd party events.
• Support end-to-end event logistics for all regional events, including sourcing venues & vendors, executing the contract, managing the budget, and ensuring the event is executed flawlessly
• Assist with building pre-event promotions, driving field enablement, registration tracking, and post-event follow up to ensure programs hit pipeline goals.
• Use Salesforce and Tableau to measure the effectiveness of key programs and identify solutions to optimize in order to meet pipeline goals.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and professionalism, and ability to develop and deliver effective marketing materials
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and manage time effectively
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, fast-growing, ever-changing environment
• Ability to identify problems, understand basic problem-solving techniques, and facilitate a process to solve problems and resolve issues

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Understanding of marketing fundamentals
• Knowledge of presentation and documentation tools (Powerpoint, Quip, Google Slides, spreadsheets)

Interviews will be held in February, March and April 2022 (don’t panic if we don’t contact you straight away!)

This is a 1-year Internship program, ending in May 2023 .

Part-time (Argentina 20 hours a week, 4 hours a day, internship law, Brazil and Mexico 30 hours a week, 6 hours a day)
