The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing remote troubleshooting support to the Air Force’s myLearning user community. As a member of the service desk team you will work with end users to resolve basic technical issues, log incident resolution data in the ITSM, and update knowledge base articles for future reference.

Required Qualifications
Associate’s with 2 – 5 years (or commensurate experience)
2+ years experience:
Ability to provide remote troubleshooting
Understanding of basic ITSM use and management
Basic maintenance of knowledge base and logging service ticket data
IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Sec+)
Must be able to pass a background check for secret clearance.
