We are seeking a property manager to manage our rental properties with airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and several other vacation rental platforms. We have grown 500% in last 2 years. Responsibilities:

• Oversee total of 18 vacation rentals & long term tenants in 3 buildings in the St Louis city area.
• Handle all text messages and in-app inquiries and respond within a few minutes of inquiry. Delight every customer and strive for 5 star rating after each stay.
• Daily walk through on all units to ensure cleans are done correctly before guest checks-in.
• Visit properties every day to oversee supplies, cleaning, yard maintenance.
• Review guest reviews and experiences to discover ways to improve. Drive each property rating to 4.8 ratings.
• Work closely with cleaning crew to make sure each turn is sparkling clean.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed. Make errands to stores as needed.
• Manage ads for facebook, apartments.com and craigslist for finding tenants.
• Manage marketing for month to month rentals for both furnished and unfurnished units.
• Coordinate maintenance issues with owner.
• Be available to guests to help answer questions after hours and deal with maintenance emergencies. (Even late at night or weekends. Ex. Guests ran out of toilet paper or never received check-in info. We need you to be available to answer the call when it comes in.). You can choose a day during the week to be off.

Qualifications:

• Excellent Customer Skills as well as the ability to problem solve
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• General understanding of preventive and on-going maintenance
• Must be great a texting, instant responses.
• Previous experience as an Airbnb manager is plus

Pay: $32,000.00 – $48,000.00 per year
