With a growing presence in the luxury hotel and wellness industry, alongside clean-beauty partnerships with GOOP and ONDA Beauty, Sangre de Fruta is seeking an ambitious and highly organized part-time Sales Lead to drive our wholesale business development, and service our clients. Your focus will be growing our presence across North America by securing new wholesale accounts in the luxury hotel, design, wellness and beauty industries. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, friendly and able to meet sales targets while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Overview:

This is a part-time, hourly position 10-15 hours per week (flexible) that reports directly to the Director of Operations. 

Location: Remote 

Duties include:

• Identify wholesale opportunities and tactics to meet assigned sales objectives.
• Develop sales opportunities and lead-generation by researching and identifying potential accounts; create prospect lists
• Solicit new accounts, build rapport, and prepare proposals including product recommendations
• Maintain a database of leads, the outcome of each interaction and reviews required
• Proactively follow-up with clients for feedback, propose solutions to meet their unique needs
• Collaborate the Marketing, Operations and Product teams to identify improvements to product offerings, wholesale needs and industry trends

Our ideal candidate:

• 2+ years experience in a business-to-business sales environment
• Previous sales or buying experience in the Hotel, Design or Luxury Beauty industry will be considered an asset
• A tenacious salesperson, that develops business and isn’t afraid to network
• High-level commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Self-motivated, with ability to work individually and in a team environment.
• Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Possesses a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism
