Sanofi Group Hiring for Automation Change Leader at Swiftwater, Pennsylvania Full Time

The Automation Change Leader is responsible for installing, configuring, rollout and supporting automated systems for site wide business units during the completion of fast paced projects.

Interacting with and supporting a global team is paramount in the success of assignments. In addition, knowledge transfer and customer training activities are required. In some cases, where new technology is being implemented, policy creation or policy modification may be required. This position reports to a Manager within the Manufacturing Excellence organization who is ultimately responsible for the efficient, effective and reliable operation of site-wide projects. This position will have interactions with HSE, Engineering, Outside Contractors/Consultants, Industrial Operations and Research & Development departments. The Automation Change leader must exhibit strong customer communication skills and preferably have in-depth technical knowledge of process control systems and equipment used in biotech/ pharmaceutical manufacturing and utility systems. Strict compliance with Safety and Regulator guidelines is required. The Automation Change Leader will work closely with global teams, site teams and will be required to direct contracted personnel on project to project basis.
