Our dealership is searching for a very professional and detail-oriented front desk team member. As the Lead Receptionist, you will be the first impression of our busy dealership. The ideal candidate will possess a fantastic attitude, and an innate desire to help others.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years retail or hospitality experience in front office guest services
• Passion for customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Efficient and well organized
• Strong multi-line phone management skills
• Excellent attendance
• Must maintain a polished and professional image
• Valid California driver’s license

Responsibilities:

• Focus on providing customers with an outstanding experience in every interaction
• Clearly communicate caller and customer inquiries to the appropriate parties
• Warmly acknowledge and greet every customer that walks in. Offer assistance and drinks
• Maintain showroom appearance including the coffee/snack area, reception area and lounge
• Handle customer complaints with poise and refer to appropriate individual for resolution
• Deliver mail and packages, minor administrative duties as assigned
• Take inventory of supplies and restock/order as necessary
• Replenish supplies in the customer lounge, breakroom, and upstairs conference room
• Responsible for communicating to the reception team of critical and informative information; updating the communication log at the end of every shift
• Create and maintain staff schedules; collaborate with staff for shift coverage
• Create new workflows for handling lost and found, objects for pickup
