WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

– Lead the design and document process flow adaptations to the Model Bank process that will serve as part of the technical requirements for the IT development teams. These may require analysis of local regulatory and market practice impacts as well as functional understanding of Model Bank IT architecture. – Participate in the analysis of technological impacts and identify stakeholders necessary for implementation. – Local support on design of Mexican processes, considering not only internal processes for the Bank but specially those processes where customers are involved, such as risk assessment, client onboarding… – Establish the SLA according to the agreements reached with the different stakeholders (third parties and/or internal areas of the Bank, if applies) – Relationship, governance and control model with local Operations providers and Global Operations Hub” – KPI follow-up of performance with third parties (key partners) and local agreeements follow-up – Coordinate with the rest of areas such as IT, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Business and Business Intelligence teams and ensure correct and timely implementation. – Participate in the testing of the local technological platform to be launched to market. – Identify continuous improvement opportunities and drive their implementation in order to improve customer experience.
