What you’ll do

As a key pillar of Sovereign Cloud Delivery, Cloud Application services (CAS) will offer our customers a seamless and consistent experience by simplifying end to end cloud application management.

We are looking for you as the Application Lifecycle Management Architect to assist with shaping and managing our journey towards a unified and competitive business in the regulated industry with focus on cloud application management support services. Reporting to the Head of Global Cloud Application Services for Sovereign Cloud Delivery and Operations, you would be responsible in conceptualizing, developing, designing, and implementing a holistic Application Lifecycle Management approach for our CAS sovereign cloud unit.

Your areas of focus include Designing and Developing Roadmaps, Business Cases and E2E ALM strategy for Private and Public cloud customers. Engaging with ECS customers and empowering organizations through IT and business transformation journeys from implementation operations. Understanding the customers goals, architectural principles, IT strategy and Identifying opportunities to position ALM CAS services and Implement end to end ALM solution. Formulation of templates for effective and efficient rollouts of ALM Solutions. Pre-sales support and delivery of SAP and its partner’s ALM product portfolio across regions under ECS (Enterprise Cloud Services). Mentoring team members and partners on SAP’s ALM product suite and its capabilities.

What you bring

• A minimum of 10 years of comprehensive software delivery experience and cloud operations experience with a profound focus on Application Lifecycle Management spanning across global operations.
• Profound knowledge on SAP Cloud portfolio and offerings with experience in global delivery execution
• Demonstrated experience in SAP’s ALM Suite and its partners product portfolio covering the entire cycle of Design, Build, Change, Deploy, Test and Operate.
• Knowledge of all the capabilities of Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM and Focused Solutions.
• Expert in conceptualizing and defining Centre of Expertise (CoE) for ALM solutions including Testing.
• Experience (certification preferred) in TOGAF framework, SAP Activate, DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience of managing delivery of 3rd party partner organizations
• Promotes a culture of trust, feedback, transparency, and values diversity, high integrity, and ethical behavior
• Strong methodological, problem-solving and conceptual skills paired with analytical thinking
• Organizational talent and team player with the ability to extend trusted relationships with additional key stakeholders on top of a well-established internal and external network
• Exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent leadership skills; Experienced in developing, motivating, and managing high-performing international teams across cultures and geographies.
• Result-driven, persistence, self-motivation, and willingness to work under pressure
• ITIL certification or demonstrated experience working within an ITIL framework

Due to the classified nature of our work, your willingness is required to subject yourself to a governmental security clearance process and thus have a FIVE EYES country member nationality.
