We are looking for an i-Recruiter to join our team and play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing prospective partners in alignment with SAP’s product portfolio and company strategy. As an i-Recruiter, you will be responsible for analysing Business Plans, ensuring that potential partners meet regional and global requirements, and collaborating with the i-Recruitment global team to optimize and standardize recruitment practices.
Responsibilities:
Gain a deep understanding of SAP’s product portfolio and company strategy to effectively qualify prospective partners.
Analyse Business Plans to assess if potential partners align with regional and global requirements.
Collaborate with field teams to work on whitespace and capacity planning for the assigned geographic area.
Screen prospective partner applications and identify the best fits based on alignment with the local Market Unit.
Establish and nurture relationships with Partner senior management, including C-level executives, to maintain strategic focus throughout the partnership.
Ensure that partners are continuously exposed to SAP’s technological leadership and the potential business benefits of working with SAP.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Market Unit to support the business goals of our partners.
Execute the recruitment process in SAP systems, working closely with partners and internal teams (e.g., PXA, Due Diligence teams).
Education and Qualifications:
Previous account or Partner management experience in the software/IT industry is preferred.
Demonstrable strong interpersonal, communication, and team-working abilities, coaching skills are advantageous.
Possess a strong business mindset and credibility from the Partner’s perspective.
Familiarity with the latest IT/Software trends (AI, cloud, automation, etc.) and understanding of terms such as software integrations and API’s.
Creative thinking, willingness to take proactive initiatives, and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies.
A proactive and result-oriented team-player with strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Confidence in working across all levels of an organization and projecting a strong stature and presence. Must be highly credible both internally (with stakeholders) and externally (from the partner’s perspective).
Experience with support systems, message handling, and remote communication tools, as well as proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic, French, and Spanish is a plus.
