Duties

• Provide secretarial support to the partners and team
• Handle daily correspondence, communication and appointments
• Arrange and coordinate travel schedule (flight booking, hotel or transportation), business meetings and conferences
• Prepare presentation materials, minutes and agendas
• Expense claims and reports for the team
• Professional Customer Service with excellent Telephone & in person manner for greeting guests at the office

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience as a Secretary or similar support function
• Experience gained within Finance or a sizable corporation is a definite advantage
• Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Good spoken & written in English and Native Cantonese, Mandarin an asset
• Proactive, Flexible, Good Communication Skill
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Working Hours: 8:30 am – 7:30 pm
