Over the past 7 years, SARR has grown into one of the largest, niche recruitment companies in the US supporting clients in the Recreational Vehicle, Automotive Dealership, Marine, Trucking, and Agricultural sectors.

We have clients and dealerships we support in over 35 states and currently placing over 1000 professionals per/year.

Due to increasing business wins we are currently looking to add experienced recruitment consultants/account managers (Experience a must) to our Recreational Vehicle Division. The roles we recruit for include Technicians, Parts Professionals, Porters, Detailers, Service Managers, Service Advisors, F&I, Sales, Accountancy,

Job Summary / Purpose:

To understand and match the needs of our clients and candidates to provide quality tailored recruitment and talent acquisition support whilst continually meeting our clients hiring targets.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• The direct sourcing of qualified candidates through direct engagement (passive head-hunting), using online tools and databases.
• Job advertisement management – from advert through to applicant interview and process management.
• Candidate management – keep in regular contact to review progress and performance
• Pre-screen candidates before their interview and conduct online or telephone interviews
• Coach candidates on interview skills/skill testing
• Create and present full candidate profiles for our clients
• Present 20 qualified candidates per/week
• Present candidates to hiring clients
• Update and utilize the internal CRM system
• Any other duties – in-line with a recruitment consultant role

Skills we are looking for:

• Previous recruitment experience is a must – preferably in RV, Automotive, Powersports, or Marine
• Strong telephone and candidate engagement skills
• Strong Verbal communication skills
