SaveOnSP, LLC Hiring for Member Services Representative (Call Center) at Buffalo, NY Full Time

SaveOnSP has an immediate entry-level call center environment opportunity for a Member Services Representative (MSR). This position is primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service and member support taking inbound phone calls and enrolling qualifying members into a copay assistance program.

Must be available to work shifts within the hours below and 2 closing shifts until 9pm.
Mondays – Thursdays 8:00am – 9:00pm
Fridays 10:30am – 7:00pm

This is a remote position after 2 weeks of in-office training!

Primary Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provide dedicated, personalized support delivered over the phone.
• Take incoming calls from members, identify and resolve questions or issues that arise regarding the copay assistance program
• Enroll qualifying members into appropriate manufacturer copay assistance programs
• Provide member support to answer questions regarding insurance benefit information and the copay assistance program
• Provide excellent customer service and immediate resolution to inquiries at the point of member/customer contact
• Contact customer accounts according to call schedule to obtain updated patient information, and verify accuracy of information, as needed
• Create and maintain accurate customer records
• Maintain positive attitude and a helpful approach to members, customers and clients

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of customer service experience or call center experience
• Must be available to work 3 evening shifts until 8:00pm and/or 9:00pm

Skills:

• Ability to work independently
• Basic computer knowledge
• Bilingual applicants a plus
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and be flexible
• Ability to maintain composure on phone when handling customer calls
• Excellent organization skills and detail oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills
