Right now, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment & People Adviser to join our team based in the heart of our venues in Britomart. Reporting to the Group Operations Director, this role is responsible for managing the recruitment of our high quality team across our 20 venues.

This role requires a passionate individual, whose attention to detail is matched by their ability to engage with key stakeholders in the business. Capable of engaging with both local and international candidates, you will have a talent for finding the right people for the right role and adapting to changes in the business as needed.

While recruitment will be your priority, you will be committed to the entire team member experience and an active participant in the People Experience Team. You will assist with People initiatives and programs, administration, and effective People practices aimed at enhancing the profile of Savor as an employer of choice.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Intermediate experience in New Zealand and international recruitment and general HR functions
• A love for recruitment and dealing with a young, fast paced team
• Sound knowledge and understanding of recruitment and people functions, including Immigration NZ visa processes
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Well organised and able to plan ahead, ensuring a wider team is aligned to processes and timelines
• Ability to deliver to demanding deadlines, operate in a fast-paced commercial environment, and manage multiple tasks and reacting to changing priorities
• Experience in the Hospitality/Hotels industry would be ideal but not necessary.
