Reports to: Chief Operating Officer Department: Executive Administration
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Hourly (Depending on Experience)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel arrangements, meeting and event planning; preparing reports; and customer relations. Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Must be able to multitask; be self sufficient and work in a fast paced environment, sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
