We are looking for a Travel Planner/Specialist with great enthusiasm for traveling and planning. You will be responsible for researching and booking travel arrangements for clients (individuals, businesses or organizations). The goal of the Travel Coordinator is to enhance satisfaction and provide a unique travel experience for your clients.

Job Description:
✅Effectively communicate with clients to determine their travel needs.

✅Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, reviews etc.

✅Supplying travelers with pertinent information

Responsibilities:
✅Consult with potential clients to assess travel needs to include client preferences and budget.

✅Research, create, and book travel itineraries.

✅Effectively communicate with clients pre and post travel to ensure satisfaction.

✅Handle client issues that arise before, during, and after travel.

✅Solve unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns

✅Attend ongoing trainings to maintain familiarity with tourism trends

✅Create and update electronic records of clients

✅Maintain relationships with suppliers and other key persons within the travel industry.
