We are looking to add customer service representatives that love to solve problems and will do whatever it takes to please our customers. No experience is necessary. All you need is a good attitude, a strong work ethic and great communication skills.

Pay Range: $14.00 – $16.00 Hourly

**This is a Part-Time Position Working Nights and Weekends**

Requirements:

• Compensation: $14-16 hourly plus bonuses, spiffs, and commission. Hourly wage based on previous experience.
• Position: Part-Time employee working nights and/or weekends in office.
• Well groomed facial hair is allowed.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with associates.
• Presents ideas effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Managing inbound and/or outbound calls;
• Following various communication scripts when speaking to a caller;
• Identifying customer needs, answering questions and providing solutions/alternatives to issues;
• Building sustainable customer relationships;
• Achieving and exceeding established KPI’s and performance goals.

Additional requirements:

• Ability to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends
• Ability to adhere to departmental attendance and other established processes and procedures
• Ability sit up to 90% of your scheduled shift; while performing related phone and computer assignments.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
