Your Key Responsibilities
Conducts mechanical design engineering activities required to develop competitive products.
Develop the structure of the mechanical system from the architecture and consider the measures from the risk analysis in the construction.
Break down structures into subsystems and components and create a detailed product specification.
Check whether existing subsystems and components can be reused.
Develop alternative structures and select the one that is most suitable.
Ensure double-sided traceability with the mechanical architecture and provide work results under a configuration management (material designation, versioning, storage location, etc.).
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical preferred, but other engineering degrees or equivalent technical experience will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
Automotive knowledge or background preferred
Experience in Chassis technologies, either steering, brake or suspension
Experience with CAD modelling
