The Marcom Business Specialist is supposed to continuously integrate, implement and enrich global marketing processes targeted Schneider business units in local markets. Further overall responsibilities include developing, implementing, measuring and improving country campaigns targeted at key decision makers, influencers and partners in order to contribute to Schneider’s commercial objectives.
What do you get to do in this position?
– Execute on MarCom projects where successful planning, attendance and execution will be the hallmark of effective performance.
– Manage MarCom Programs calendar, budget and resource allocation.
– Assemble and localize communication assets for country deployment.
– Assess the MarCom Program effectiveness/ROI and react.
– Present MarCom Program results to the MarCom team and Marketing & Sales.
– Serve and assist Marketing and Sales team in all Communication aspects.
Qualifications
Requirements:
– Bachelor degree from business school (or other similar Marketing education)
– +5 years of experience in Marketing or Communications
– Background in IT, Services sectors will be a plus
– Experienced in integrated Marketing and Communication
– Interested in market trends, technical products and solutions
– High degree of initiative and pro-active management
– Able to work in a multifunctional team and with global teams and different cultures
– Open to change and must embrace the concept of continuous improvement
– Fluent written and spoken English
