Position Summary:

We are actively recruiting for a Front Desk Associate to join our growing team at Schoenbart Vision Care. The preferred candidate should have knowledge of optical background.

Responsibilities:

· Follow established protocols for checking patients in/out and posting office visits.

· Collecting co-pays, deductibles, and past due balances.

· Accurately verifies patient insurance and enters into the practice management system.

· Must be willing to cover late nights when needed.

· Helps answer phones and properly greets, registers and schedules patient appointments.

· Works closely with team members to ensure all job duties are completed efficiently and effectively every day.

Schedule:

Our ideal candidate should have receptionist experience, a team player with an energetic attitude and the ability to multitask. Salary based on experience. Position is P/T to begin: M: 9:30-5:30, Tu: 9:30-5:30, Th: 1:30-7:30, Fri: 9:30-2:30, Alternating Saturdays 8:30-1:30.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
