Scholars of St. Catharines is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Education Coordinator to join our team. Candidates must have a strong passion for helping children reach their academic goals. As a successful Scholars Education Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be managing day-to-day operations, curriculum and programming, scheduling, teacher training, administering assessments, and conferencing with parents. Candidates must have a strong passion for helping children reach their academic goals.

The candidate needs to possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Background in education
• Customer service experience
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously

Daily Responsibilities

• Handle new inquiries
• Scheduling of students and tutors
• Administering assessments and completing new enrollments
• Parent conferences
• Conduct staff performance evaluations
• Monitor student progress and success
• Create a positive learning environment in the Centre for staff, students, and parents
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with staff, community partners, parents, and schools.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
