The Regional Sales Manager – Southeast is responsible for growing established Customer account sales and developing new Prospect accounts in the Southeastern region of the United States. This position is responsible for achieving profit and growth targets in line with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures achievement of company targets and goals.
• Ability to develop customers thru relationship selling, and the ability to close sales.
• Manage breaks in customer service. Contact and resolve business problems with customers as required. Work with customer service, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, sourcing to resolve customer service breaks.
• Develop and manage regional network of Brokers.
• Participate in sales effort at regional / customer trade shows.
• Work with Product Development in creating new products or packaging that fill gaps in your region.
• Work with Marketing to develop effective customer / prospect campaigns to address regional needs.
• Work with A/R to investigate and resolve open customer deductions.
