This cutting-edge biotech company in the Boston area is actively seeking a Clinical Trial Associate to join their Global Clinical Operations team. This role will oversee, coordinate, and manage clinical trials across Phases I-IV, ensuring successful execution in support of innovative oncology programs.

In this role, you will report to the Head of Clinical Operations and play a key role in clinical strategy, vendor oversight, and trial execution.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of clinical studies, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee CROs, vendors, and study sites, managing contracts, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Drive patient recruitment strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support study start-up and execution.
• Develop and maintain essential study documents, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or healthcare-related field; Master’s preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical operations experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech or CRO setting, with oncology experience required.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and FDA/EU regulations for global clinical trials.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
