Your day.

As an HR Coordinator you need to know how to:

• Coordinate all data entry items into Lawson.
• Add new positions to Lawson and SOCKET and converting the job description to HTML to load to our applicant tracking system, Taleo.
• Send copies of paper forms to the electronic HR file system (ImageNow).
• Promotes mission, vision, and values of SCL Health, and abides by service behavior standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business needs.

Your experience.

We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• Associates Degree or higher, preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in Human Resources and familiarity with data entry processes, required.
• Experience working Lawson, preferred.
