Your day.

As a Cash Quality Assurance Specialist you need to know how to:

Perform quality reviews for all associates in assigned department by reviewing patient accounts and/or payment posting batches. Score associate performance against predefined metrics.

Create and provides quality monitoring reports to the Cash Management Leadership teams. Utilize reports to partner with Cash Management leadership to lead quality calibration discussions and provide suggested solutions for identified trends.

Collaborate with multi-level SCL associates (includes leadership, associates, STSC, ELPD) to customize workflows/tip sheets, Epic and OnBase system behavior, and reporting.

Maintain organization of all training material created for the department by leveraging SCL Health tools.

Complete testing of newly revised or developed processes on SCL Health tools such as OnBase and Epic.

Your experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent, required

Minimum of two (2) years of Revenue Cycle and/or Cash Management, required
