Our practice is in need of an exceptional expanded duty dental assistant to join our tight-knit team. This career-minded individual should be a team player with a great attitude. Front desk office duties to include:

Friendly, outgoing personality; looking for someone who directs the office flow and keeps things on track

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to multi-task as well as to respond positively and quickly to changes in the schedule

Experience with Dental PMS, specifically Dentrix

Well-versed in filing and following up on insurance claims, including in network benefits

Excellent phone personality and ability to answer calls and schedule patients effectively, following up on patients who have not scheduled for their treatment

The ability to discuss treatment plans and insurance benefits with patients and make sure that they get their questions answered and are put on the schedule

Ability to manage the daily schedule and repair changes in the schedule to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability of the team

Perform end-of-day tasks of balancing a deposit, depositing checks, running the appropriate daily reports to close out the da
