The Hiring Ambassador’s primary responsibility is to interview, assess, select and make hires following ScribeAmerica’s best practices. This is a critical role which ensures that our teams are staffed properly with high quality talent. The Hiring Ambassador is also the ambassador of our brand when interacting with our applicants, and he or she ensures that the applicant’s experience is positive during the application process. A Hiring Ambassador’s responsibilities include screening candidate applications, conducting interviews, communicating with candidates in a timely manner, extending job offers, as well as various other new hire and onboarding functions as needed.
