NOTE: This is a start-up! I’m looking for individual who is an expert in all aspects of digital marketing and knows how to put together an agency. You would retain your existing job and this project can be worked on within the available time you have.

Job Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Monitoring and managing the company’s social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed.
• Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.
• Set policies and processes
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
• Hiring new staff within a department or business unit
• Develop strategies for our marketing packages
• Execute digital marketing strategies, including working with agencies to deliver social media, SEO/SEM, website management and blog writing.
• Manage the development and review process of written communications including blog articles, website copy, social media copy and more for the brand.

Requirements and skills

• Experience as a General Manager for a start-up
• Experience in planning and budgeting
• Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• High school diploma or GED

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Salary: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour
