Working here feels pretty unique and our customer service team are fizzing with fun and a vital ingredient in the guest experience! Therefore, we’re looking for someone who strives for the best, is guest focused, and isn’t afraid to swim upstream.
What we are looking for
You’ll be working out on the front-line within the attraction, welcoming, greeting, interacting with, and helping our guests at every opportunity, ensuring they get the absolute most from their visit.
On a typical day (if you can call it that!) you’ll ensure our guests have an intimate Ocean experience through fun, up close storytelling with hands on interaction. You could find yourself providing interactive quality creature feeding presentations and talks to our guests, inspiring the future generation. You could also be assisting the site displays team with animal feeds.
This role is seasonal and part-time. Our attraction is open daily so flexibility in hours and days working will be needed. You’ll be expected to work your fair share of weekends, bank holidays and peak seasons.
