SEAM Group Hiring for O & M Project Manager at Remote Full Time

Position Summary:
EV Service Project Managers will lead and execute on service/operations projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with the SEAM Group policy. Project must adhere to customer contractual agreements, hold highest quality standards, health, safety and environment requirements, financial targets as well as meet scheduled commitments. Projects will include goals that will assist with implementing service strategy and drive service growth in the organization.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:

• Lead project team assigned to the project, help define main guidelines, tasks, motivating and monitoring internal and external resources and processes all goals in accordance with the agreed outcome of project.
• Drive implementation of service strategies and ensure plans are implemented consistently throughout the organization and in collaboration with other departments, equipment manufacturers, and site host.
• Collaborate and jointly define scope, financial plans, schedules, risk management plans and expected deliverables.

• Implement reporting and monitoring capabilities to ensure goals and targets are met to customer satisfaction and operation excellence.
• Ensure projects follow execution best practices and SEAM GROUP policies. Ensures that projects are within the agreed parameters of resource allocation. Overseeing project status, costs, expenses and can identify opportunities or project risks.
• Capture and share lessons learned throughout the project and ensures that projects are formally closed out. Drives formal acceptance across departments and close out with project deliverables and processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Analytical ability and high technical aptitude.
• Ability to review and understand various equipment manufacturer’s user manuals and installation instructions.
• Proven ability to assess customer needs and develop appropriate solutions.
• A good understanding of EV market or related service industry managing electrical equipment maintenance processes.
• Capable of critical thinking and ability to solve complex process issues or stop gaps in projects.
• Ability to interact with client representatives, internal stakeholders, and the general public in a professional and courteous manner.
• Computer literacy, familiar with windows programs and Microsoft office tools (i.e., Visio, Planner, Project).
• Self-motivated and capable of working effectively without direct supervision.

Education and Experience:

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
• Have schedule flexibility as some work will be performed before or after business hours (i.e., beyond 8am-5pm).
• PMP preferred (not required).
• Previous experience or training in project management.
• Proven experience working in a team environment, where customer satisfaction is top priority.

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Strong sensory skills, such as good eyesight, good hearing, and dexterity.
• Ability to travel via car and plane to visit client sites and other SEAM Group facilities.
• Ability to work in various weather environments and be subject to the elements (i.e., rain, sun, or snow).
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform focused work with close attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with others, both in person and through phone, e-mail, and written correspondence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
