A busy designer, father, and art supporter with a full social and travel calendar is seeking a right-hand person to help organize his life and optimize his efficiency. This role will be better suited to people interested in mindfulness, art, fashion, literature, culture, travel, design, gardening.

Job Details
Coordination with other Team Members- including House Manager, Office Team, Nanny, Logistics Manager, Estate Manager, Chef, as well as assistants of family members and friends.
Travel – Booking flights, hotels, rentals, travel research.
Calendar- Maintain all aspects of calendar including business meetings, personal appointments, travel, calls, guests visiting, important birthdays.
Social- Assistance with correspondence, gift sourcing, wrapping, sending.
Email- Follow all emails and insure proper response.
Shopping- Assistance with in person and online shopping.
Research- especially related to arts and culture, restaurants, travel…
Art logistics- Coordination with logistics manager, galleries, and museums.
Design- Some design related assistance possible.
Tech assistance – Microsoft exchange server, website domain registration, accounts, security. Making sure computers and all tech is functioning at all times- supported by tech savvy estate manager.
Event Planning – participate in organizing a few larger scale events per year and occasional dinner parties.
Compensation
$35-45 per hour / Health Insurance / PTO / 401k
