- Position: Accounts Executive (AP / AR / Payroll) – TUAS
- Location: Tuas (Company Pick up from Gul Circle MRT)
- Working hours: 5 Days per week/Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4000 + 10 days Annual Leave additional 1 every year max of 14 days + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: MANUFACTURE AND REPAIR OF ELECTRIC GENERATORS
Main Responsibilities:
- To Handle Accounts Payable / Account Receivable
- Assist in month end closing & bank reconciliation.
- Responsible for Payroll for 70 employees
- Responsible for timely month-end closing management report and preparation of monthly schedules for customer.
- Handle quarterly GST filing.
- Prepare Letter of Credit for shipping
- Financing Documentation
- Any adhoc as per ManagementÂ
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
