• Position: HR Assistant/Officer (Recruitment)
• Location: Sin Ming
• Working hours: Mon-Fri (office hours)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative and clerical duties
• Perform full spectrum of HR recruitment process
• Understand recruitment needs and work closely with hiring managers to source for appropriate talents effectively and efficiently
• Responsible for updating and maintaining documents
• Provide general administrative support and participate in ad-hoc HR projects & initiatives as assigned
• Assist in HR services and advisory support to the business units and employees.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
• Ability to use Microsoft office (Word and Excel).
• At least Diploma and 2 years of relevant HR experience required.
