Responsibilities:

• To assist in all aspects of the administrative, financial, capital and operations of the assigned portfolio.
• Manage and reduce the ageing inventory and keep inventory level healthy.
• Ensure proper and necessary pipeline orders with suppliers to support the projected company’s revenue budget.
• Manage and develop supplier relationship together (with the help from PMD) to achieve inventory goals.
• Identify and negotiate with suppliers for lowest possible cost acquisition to optimize margin of the products.
• Ensure timely execution and expediting delivery from suppliers so that sales will have the inventory to make shipments to customers.
• Responsible for Gatekeeping by having relevant reports (Suppliers/Customers backlogs, inventories, and revenue outlook).
• Supporting Sales/Marketing with relevant reports in order to facilitate operations.
• Review existing processes and propose/implement new improvement or solutions and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Management / Logistics Supply Chain Management  
• Previous related experience
• Proficient in ERP systems
