Sears Home Services Hiring for Routing Team Lead (2nd Shift) at Remote Full Time
This position is responsible for managing all activities related to the routing of service orders to primarily ensure customers receive service when requested, and secondarily, balance business needs with technician work/life balance. This position is responsible for providing coaching and leadership assistance to a team of routing associates in the day-to-day operations of the routing office.
Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
• Resolve issues arising from: • Escalated customer service issues • Exception orders escalated by our Authorized Service Agent (ASA) organization (ASA cannot fulfill service) • Technician route concerns • Unplanned unavailability • Monitor route activity on Service Gantt • Perform additional coaching and leadership tasks as assigned by the Route Manager • Participate in routing center payroll planning process • Provide strong process-oriented leadership for essential Region Routing Center job functions
