We’re looking for a Data Entry Clerk with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for data to support our HR Department. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic role in an organization with nearly 500 employees.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain data in corporate systems
• Ensure data integrity and consistency, auditing records for duplication and accuracy
• Report discrepancies to immediate supervisor
• Efficiently check and respond to emails, including mailbox organization
• Accurately maintain data in both electronic and paper formats
• Perform general office duties such as photocopying, filing, and file preparation
• Making edits and revisions to corporate documents
• Update, analyze and prepare routine reports for review
• Adhere to policies, procedures and processes
• Support with drug and ability testing

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of data entry experience
• A diploma or degree in related to data entry/administration is preferred
• Strong self-starter, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, analytical capabilities and ability to prioritize with competing priorities
• Familiarity with databases and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
