PURPOSE: Responsible for processing and keying new mortgage loans on the real estate system and reviewing all closing documents for accuracy.

DIMENSIONS: Main focus is on the mortgage loan from the time it is closed until the member is notified of their first payment.

There is contact with branches, members, attorneys, insurance companies, and tax offices.

DUTIES: Receive new mortgage loan packages from attorneys, disburse closing funds,

and balance transactions daily.

Process new mortgage loans, including paying miscellaneous bills associated

with closing.

Determine escrows, generate escrow analyses, and notify members of

payment amounts.

Key Payroll Deduction and Funds Transfer requests

Assist members, branch employees and closing agents with inquiries.

Complete additional duties as assigned by management
