Open additional accounts existing members and process changes to existing accounts.
Cross sell Credit Union services.
Assist members with account problems, checking account reconciliation and
errors in transactions.
Handle phone, fax, e-mail, and web site inquiries and problems.
Act professionally and set a good example for peers in relations to time
management, member service, and punctuality.
Be courteous and discreet in performance of duties and hold information
about member accounts in strict confidence.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
