PRIMARY PURPOSE: Sedgwick is looking to expand its talent in the Pooling Services division. The Sedgwick Pooling team has more than 30 years of experience providing self-insured pool management, risk management, and claims administration services to more than 4,000 public entities throughout the U.S. We’ve grown to be one of the largest pool administration firms in the U.S., with more than 150 subject matter experts in all major pooling disciplines including: • Program administration, including management of day-to-day operations and leadership of all services • Marketing and pool member services • Financial management and pool accounting including analytics, budgeting and surplus strategy • Underwriting, coverage analysis, reinsurance consultation and program design • Litigation and claims management • Risk control and assessment, with public entity experts who offer onsite and online training, site inspections, accident investigations, safety program development, ergonomic assessments, temporary safety control officers and online resources. QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Professional licenses as required.
Experience
Years of experience based on role, preferred knowledge in a related field (OSHA, workers compensation, risk management and/or ergonomics) or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Skills & Knowledge
Strong technical knowledge of field(s)
