Property Claims Handler – Australia – Visa & Relocation Costs Covered

Sedgwick Australia have a unique opportunity for experienced property claims handlers to relocate to Australia on a working holiday visa.

Sedgwick Australia will arrange and cover the cost of your visa and relocation.

Salary: AU $75,000 + visa costs, flights, 2 weeks accommodation & AU $5000 completion bonus

This is a six month contact with Sedgwick Australia based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

The successful candidates will be granted a 12-month working holiday visa

About You

· The working holiday visa is open to applications aged between 18 and 35 under Australian law

· 1+ Years experience in insurance property claims

The Role:

The property claims handler receives new claims from clients and considers the customer needs against each client requirements to establish a pathway for the customer claim. The property claims handler is critical in ensuring the customer experience is positive from start to finish. This will be achieved by treating the customer with care, assessing all the information available and making decision in a timely manner to establish all steps necessary to return the customer back to their pre-incident situation.

In addition to conducting new claims assessments on all property claims received, the claims handler will also be responsible for managing a small portfolio of claims which require dedicated focus and expertise, customer needs and other circumstances.

The Candidate:

· Previous property claims handling experience

· 35 or under or order to qualify for a visa

· Stakeholder and client relationship management

· Insurance qualification is an advantage
