To help us manage our extraordinary growth, we are currently looking for DISPATCH ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT in our Secaucus office. As a dispatch admin, you will be assisting dispatchers who track drivers delivering freight for some of the largest and well-known retailers and e-commerce companies in the world. Starting Rate of $14.00-$15.00 per hour. Must have some weekend availability.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Provide administrative assistance to Dispatchers
• Operates our Xcelerator Information System to verify accurate client information and update accordingly
• Call center experience a plus
• Must have the ability to work in a fast pace multifaceted environment
• Must possess exceptional organizational skills
• Position requires an effective communicator written and verbal as the position will work with our internal as well as external clients
