Go Configure LLC / Select Express is a national delivery and installation company for clients like Sam’s Club, Nautilus, and The Home Depot. Our clients trust us to deliver and install their fitness equipment, furniture, playsets, and gazebos in customer’s homes and their yards.

We are looking for a remote District Coordinator able to work a flexible schedule that may include weekend availability. Starting pay is $15.00-$17.00

Responsibilities:

The District Coordinator is responsible for seamlessly moving customers through our order management and scheduling system. This position will partner with a District Manager to understand the market and make smart business decisions while providing world-class service to our customers.

• Develop and maintain strong connections with assigned technicians and District Managers
• Understand our service offerings and our service level agreements and verbally communicate this information to customers
• Maintain work order accuracy to ensure proper flow through system
• Manage order flow to ensure margin is maximized for each service order
• Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of assigned geography while identifying area challenges concerning customers or technicians; partner with District Manager to resolve
• Monitor order flow to ensure customers are being serviced within our service level agreements
• Handle inbound phone calls from assigned area, providing an excellent customer service experience
• Partner with team members to understand other’s assigned areas to provide coverage in the case of an absence or high-volume inbound calls
• Assist with escalations from assigned area brought forward by other members of the team
• Assist with any other assigned tasks or projects brought forward by the management team
• Handle all inbound service inquires via phone, email, text and chat
• Document call notes to clearly
