Responsibilities

The work of the Virtual Assistant will be fast-paced, multi-faceted, engaging, challenging and rewarding. The primary responsibilities of the position include:

• Managing input of customer contracts

• Ensuring data accuracy through audits and quality assurance checks

• Assisting with routing and scheduling

• Delivering 5-star customer service with every customer interaction

• Responding to daily tasks including emails, voicemails, alerts, tasks, past dues and reminders

• Developing and managing systems for office efficiencies

• Maintaining customer accounts

• Hiring and training office staff and building the culture of the office team

• Build positive relationships with peers, technicians, and sales professionals

• Completing software audits and reports, as assigned

• Following up with customers and check for overall account satisfaction

• Notating details on customer accounts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.76 – $33.28 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
