Clerical / Data Entry Support (Bilingual)

We have an immediate opening for a Clerical / Data Entry Support specialist at an established and repudiable Manufacturing company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Data Entry, Filing, and Document Control
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, able to work with minimum supervision and ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Skiled with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- High School or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1-2 years of Admininistrative support
- Some Manufacturing background or experience
