Customer Service Rep needed in the Napa area for production company
Pay: $21-$24/hr DOE
Job Duties of Customer Service Rep:
- Processes all sales orders
- Liaison with foodservice distribution center and freight carrier(s).
- Answers the telephone main line, offering assistance, information or redirection to co-workers.
- Monitors and responds to all email inquiries
- Reviews and updates customer contact information, including phone, fax, address
- Assists with departmental communication to customers, sending information via email, fax, bulk mailings, and written correspondence.
- Assists with projects as needed.
