Sell My House Fast SA TX Hiring for Secretary/Sales Assistant Job at Remote Full Time

We are looking for someone to answer our phone calls coming in from prospective clients. We are looking for somebody who can build rapport and get a sense of what the home seller is trying to accomplish. If it meets our buying criteria, you will be tasked to set the appointment for one of our sales reps to go out to the home and give them a cash offer.

In addition, we get several leads each week that need to be called the minute we get them. These are clients requesting cash offers for their home. You will be tasked with running a simple market analysis on the house to get an idea of what the home is worth and then reaching out to the prospective client if it meets our buying criteria.

Work Experience we are looking for but is not necessary is as follows:

1. Someone who was or is a Realtor who knows how to run comparables to figure out what a home is worth. This is not a requirement.

2. Someone who can build rapport on the phone.

3. Someone who is friendly

4. Most importantly, someone who can call a client immediately once we receive a new lead and answer any phone calls that come in.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
