As a Sales Coordinator, you will collaborate with the sales team to ensure contracts are accurate and include all details necessary to ensure the best customer experience. You possess a high level of attention to detail and are skilled at helping others execute flawless contracts. You are a customer-focused and service-oriented person who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You love to organize information, stay on top of deadlines and help others be successful.

What you will do:

  • Establish active communication and engage with Sales Account Managers to ensure prompt processing of contracts
  • Ensure that documentation of sales transactions is completed accurately while maintaining accurate contract files
  • Liaise between multiple teams to ensure orders are accurately processed.
  • Ensure that all necessary sales contract information is entered in our Customer Relationship Management Software
  • Work with the sales team and other cross-functional teams to continuously improve work processes.
  • Arrange for creation and distribution of supporting documentation for contracts to help the sales team in generating and processing business
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team in their regions by ensuring the smooth operation and execution of various sales initiatives and activities
  • Act as the internal “go to” for forms, agreements, approvals and general process support
  • Communicate with internal field services team and provide the necessary support
  • Gather more requirements from the client to provide the field services team the necessary information needed to complete their task
  • Support the sales and marketing team with ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

We want you to succeed, so you will need:

  • A team player with a high level of dedication to detail
  • A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of Coordinating experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with G Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, & Gmail).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to manage several different projects.

Nice to have:

  • Experience using HubSpot for inbound sales and marketing
  • Experience within the technology and/or agriculture industry.
  • Additional language skills in Spanish.
