Seneca Resources Hiring for Data Entry- REMOTE/Temporary Job at Remote Full Time

GDIT is seeking a Data Entry – Analyst for our Lease Administration Team. You will report directly to the Supply Chain Operations Manager and will be responsible for assisting in the update/clean-up of the leasing data for the GDIT organization.

This position requires the individual to maintain strong attention to detail, diligent in their data input, and ability to communicate should errors or issues arise to resolve them quickly. These individuals will be working independently on a series of tasks that are required to help with the data entry into the enterprise leasing tool (SC360). Be responsible for backing out receipts, waiting for other individuals to complete their tasks and then re-entering receipt/invoice data to help complete the clean-up tasks needed.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains/Updates database by entering new and updated leasing information.
• Establishes entry priorities.
• Reviewing data for deficiencies/errors and resolves timely
• Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
• Combines data from multiple systems, tools, and spreadsheets (as applicable) when information is incomplete.
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
• Maintains GDIT confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed.

Education

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• 1+ years of data entry experience or related office experience

Candidate will only be needed for 2-3 months – with possible extensions. Ability to pass a backgtound investigation,drug test and proof of citizenship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
