Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing marketing related projects
• Finding and managing various contractors related to projects
• Writing briefs for contractors to complete tasks and projects
• Managing contractors/team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
• Assisting with the management of my shared email inbox
• Performing online research from time to time related to potential projects
• Creating presentations from time to time related to projects
• Compiling and updating reports and analytics related to projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• +6 years’ experience in marketing/marketing coordination/management assistant
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Advanced English)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of all social networking platforms
• Work from Site in Cancun

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month
